yoga & Sup day retreaT
Grab some friends, or come alone, we can do yoga on the beach followed by a sunset SUP session. The summer is here and the water will be less wavey!
Yin yoga & OUTDOOR pot luck
Unwind with this community building event, perfect for a group of friends or family. A relaxing yin yoga session, followed by everyone bringing one plate of food. After yoga we then share the food all together as a picnic.
SURF & YogA DAY RETREAT
Take a surf lesson in the Tamraght area with our surf house Surf Star Morocco, followed by a beach yoga session, and watch your worries melt away!
BIG DOG LITTLE DOG

Hawaiian culture is my favourite culture in the world. The Aloha. I spend some time on the big island of Hawaii, and still feel blessed by the lessons I learnt there. I would be happy to read your Manna cards in relation to a particular area of life you may be interested in. Together we can reflect and explore. I am here for you.
5 week pranayama (breathing exercises) & meditation online course
I am trained in and well practiced at Pranayama breath work as taught by Baba Hari Dass, the silent monk and legendary yoga guide, and Hayward Colemen of Yoga Oasis, who also greatly inspired me. This course is aimed at helping you to create your own home practice of breathing and mediation. An exceptional way to create more calm in your life. This is best taught via Zoom, in your own home, where you will practice each morning ideally for 15-20mins per day.
